TERMS OF SALE AGREEMENT

1. GENERAL TERMS:

By checking the acceptance box and making the initial payment or full payment for any program offered by CEOessence LLC, the participant ("you") agrees to the following terms:

  • You recognize that this program is for business purposes and not for personal use.

  • By accepting this agreement and making payment, you have been accepted into the selected program.

  • You affirm that you are personally guaranteeing the commitment to the program and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

  • Program details and deliverables are as outlined on the order form provided to you.

  • Access to the program content will expire after the program duration.

  • The program is informational and is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or any other professional health service.

  • You remain fully responsible for your mental and physical health throughout the program duration.

2. PROGRAM CONTENT & COMMUNICATION:

  • All program content is private and proprietary to CEOessence LLC.

  • You will be notified of the dates and times of all calls and sessions either within the community platform or via email.

  • Replays for the sessions will be made available to participants.

  • You agree not to use calls or session content for unlawful purposes, and not to upload, post, or transmit the content anywhere else.

  • Defamatory, demeaning, or disclosure of personal or sensitive information about anyone in the program is strictly prohibited.

3. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You are obligated to make all payments on time.

  • Complete all online training modules, take actionable steps to learn, and participate honestly in all activities.

  • CEOessence LLC and Rene Murata are not liable for subsequent decisions you make, nor for your implementation or actions post-program.

  • Your success in your business endeavors after participating in the program depends on various factors including, but not limited to, your dedication, execution, efficiency, and follow-up.

4. PAYMENT TERMS:

  • If CEOessence LLC agrees to accept installment payments, the program's price is payable in full and is non-refundable.

  • If a payment is overdue by more than 7 days, we reserve the right to suspend your access to the program until payment is cleared.

  • If your account is overdue by 30 days or more, we have the right to involve a collections or legal agency to seek recovery of the full amount owed, plus any additional interest, legal, administrative, or other related costs.

5. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • RefundsĀ will only be available for the first 7 days.

  • You agree not to initiate chargebacks or threaten to initiate a chargeback against CEOessence LLC.

  • Any cancellations must be communicated and discussed directly with CEOessence LLC.
